It was a dark gloomy morning to start with on 30/7/07 and we managed not to get too wet walking to school. I refuse to get in the car to only park 3 houses away from our own when Cam goes to school. Cam does asked some days though.
Anyway the rain kept coming....rang Matt at work a few times giving him updates on our back lawn! I knew he was thinking "Yeah right its not that bad". Something by the tone of his voice gave it all away!
The updates were something like...."We have a pool in the back yard"....."We now how a lake in the back yard and the sandpit is floating"....."The water is now up to the 1st step of the shed"....."Now the water is in the shed, out the gate and the fish have a bigger pond". Yet still there was a hesitation in Matt's voice about my updates!!! Anyway Matt said to leave it (LOL like I could do much anyway) and he would look into things when he got home.......
