Well Charli has had some fun recently with Mum finally letting her try some firsts in the food department. She is not allowed dairy and has reacted to mince, kumara, banana and a few other things so it is hard coming up with something safe and that her 1 and 1/2 teeth will allow her to eat!
So here are a few shots of her first bites of finger food heheh
Charlotte's first biscuit....a ginger gem that mum finally found in the gluten free section of a main supermarket....talk about girls being more expensive.....12 biscuits cost us $5.00 and thats one of the less pricey packets.
First piece of toast with dairy free marg and marmite...we have now realised that marmite does no favours to her wee tum so much to Dad's horror she is going to be a vegemite girl for awhile.
Oh and Charli wants everything her brother has so really kicked up a stink when Cam had an iceblock on day after school. So I though oh well....hehe....She took a few bites and then threw it away. It was way too cold for her as she went "brrr" after. Cam loved it as he got to finish it off for her!
