Wanaka holiday

Well it was fun in the sun for sure. We went to wanaka just after the new year and like we expected, the weather was fab! Charlotte wasn't to sure of the port-a-cot start with but soon realised that this was her bed for the week. It wasn't really too much trouble travelling up with 2 kids (touch wood for next time), but was pleased Charlotte couldn't talk yet as Cam made up for 20 kids all the way there and back!

Tom, Rachel and Caleb joined us there on the last two nights which gave Cam another playmate and us some more sanity.
LOL We even had a game of scrabble (which got really sad and very low scoring as the night wore on).

Cam enjoyed the lake, parks and the walks yet again. Even in Wanaka he has such routine that he knows well and loves. I am sure Charlotte will follow suit if she is anything like her brother. Thanks to gran and grandad that we can enjoy this time away and have such beautiful relaxing scenery around us.
